Okay, i am new. I just got my tablet and i cant figure out what is going on. i can't dowload most of the apps on the SAM 4.0 slide market app. and i cant download and flash player. please help.

I am in the same boat and tried taking it back to sears for them to help but they couldn't i cant get the android market downloaded onto the tablet which doesnt make sense since it says it is an android tablet

Android is an open source OS. Google can't prevent any manufacturer from installing it on their devices. What they can do is prevent manufacturers from installing Google services and apps, as these are proprietary to Google. They do this via the certification process. If you go to the website for the market, you can see a list of devices that have earned Google's stamp of approval and come with Google services.
