Android Tablet Won't Connect to Available WiFi Network

hi! i have WM8650 which wont connect to wifi. it detects the available wifi network and after i entered the password for the wifi connection, its just sying remembered then nothing happens. i'm sure i have the correct wifi password because my laptop was able to connect. i tried resetting the tablet but still the same problem. anyone who could help me?

It sounds like a problem that many people have releated to security settings on the network. What security do you have on your network? There are known problems with networks running WPA and these tablets. WEP works. If you want to see for sure if the tablet is the issue or the security settings, go somewhere there is free open wireless and try to connect. (Or temporarily turn off the security on your network.)
