I received a Venue 7 from a friend because she did not use it. She had forgotten the PIN number she set it up with and I can only get on a guest/restricted page. Does anyone know how to factory reset at this point? I have tried Droidboot but it only lets me reboot (at least that I was able to see).
Any Way to Reset?

Welcome to the Forum. These steps are kinda easy and should get you back to out of the box status.
- Turn the power off and pull the battery out for 5 minutes. Now reinsert it
- Hold the Volume Down button
- Press and hold the Power button until the device turns on
- Follow the on-screen instructions to hard resent your Dell Venue
