I have to hold my tablet at about a 30 degree angle to get myself centered on it at about 1.5 feet. Even though the camera is on the left even if I move the camera on the tablet dead center on my face its still off by about 5 degrees. Anyone else having this issue? Its a pain when web chatting.

That's correct. I don't think this is a "bug". I think this is by design and does not bother me. The question is whether this bothers the other party that you are not looking straight in their eyes.
Although yes, I wonder why did they place it in that awkward place as opposed to the center. Maybe some electronics in the back...?

It doesn't bother me so much that its off center. What bothers me is that they seemed to angle the camera the wrong way on my tablet. My camera is pointing as if I was sitting a whole person to my left. If they angled it to the right it would be perfect. What I'm saying is my camera is not pointing straight off the tablet.
