Hi, I've purchased a dictionary foreign language translation package. It comes as a compressed folder. 1 I cannot unzip it on my tablet and 2 it is in the form of an APK file which I am told needs a special program to open and run it. Can anyone help?

Hi Nick welcome. You may not need to unzip the apk file. To install, most file managers will do the job but you can also get specific installer apps from the Play Store. Find the apk file and try to open it with one of these apps and it should ask you if you want to install.

ES File Explorer can unzip or unrar files for you and it is free in the market, and you could give it a try. It is also my favorite fie manager, very powerful.
