Apps2SD any alternative method??

After installing the main apps there is around 60mb left,
Apps2sd only shows the small files,
Any other way as there is around 9GB internal storage free and 5GB on the sd card...

Problem solved after a reboot not sure what was app was causing the problem but now back to 107mb
