So, how do I set up the darn upnp Archos promises?
I enable wifi on both my wifi enabled PC and Archos 101, I set the folder I want to share, right click on it and select enable sharing (or something like that).
But my Archos 101 doesn't seem to have an app for UPnP...
I check the Files app (nothing there, no External folder ar there should have been according to Archos' user guide noline).
I downloaded some other apps that claim to support UPnP, but still, the only drive I can find is the tablet's internal memory!
PLZ help!?!?!?

You are correct in that there is not a direct app on the 101 for Wireless share access. You can accomplish it multiple ways. The way I did it was two ways. Initially I used Astro File Manager with the SMB plugin. Now I use File Expert with its integrated SMB capability. The important thing to keep in mind. Android is like Linux, NOT Windows. So you have to access via SMB methods.

Yes, thank you for this :)
I've been using FE ever since you posted this (but the latest versions suck)...
About the upnp not working, I wonder... The box I got my tablet in says that it's 'UPnP compatible with Windows'...
Whatever, as long as FE has that SMB feature :)
