archos 101 troubles

hi everyone. i am new to the android forum.i just got an archos 101 version 2.4.81 but the external speakers died shortly after purchase.how can i fix that?
how do i download apps from the android market to my tablet since whenever i try to do so i get a pop-up message that says that there is no contact associated with my device.how can i work around that?
my wi-fi connection seems to have errors on and off even though the other devices in the vicinity have no problem.how do i work around that too?

First one- Return it if the Headphones work and Speakers do not. I know it is a pain, but it is defective
Second query-What did you use to install market. ArcTools is one of the most common for the Gen8 Tabs. There are others which work well. And you must have an acceptable account for Google Market. If the account does not meet specs. then You must create one.
