Arnova 10b Google Market place How????

What is the best way to get google market place on this tablet?? I downloaded ARC tools and and the program will not copy anything over. I got this for my 4 yr old son to learn on with educational stuff. Good price at $150. Is there a true way to get this to work or do I take it back and get something else????

Theres a few ways - either see arctools guide to installing market without rooting, or use a custom ROM, such as finless bob's (there are others but I've only used finless hence why I mention it) which is very easy to do - I have done so myself and tablet runs faster and has full Android features without limitations
