Arnova 9 G2 Video Player

I am new to tablets, so excuse the uninformed question. I seem to have saved a YouTube video to the VIDEO PLAYER on my Arnova 9 G2, alongside the demo video that came with the device. I am not sure how I did it but would like to know how. Any information is greatly appreciated.
