Arnova9G2 won't play videi files

Hello, I love this my first and new tablet. I have successfully dragged, dropped photos, music, docs and videos from my pc and all open wonderfully expect the videos. They show in storage as correct compatible file types with content size showing but when I try to play it says, cannot play this file. In the video file it shows listed with the bick buck bunny sample but has no content 00/00 showing. The clips are from my own camera and have the correct file types. Thanks for reading this.
