Assistance Needed to Link to WiFi

I bought my Colby, model number: MID7010, Android version: 2.3.3, Kernel version: 2.6.35.7 in Dubai in June this year and am battling to connect to Wi-fi,

I go to Settings, Wireless & Networks, click on Wi-fi, then to Wi-fi settings
It finds my network, B660-0B15 but remains as disabled, secured with WPA/WAP2 PSK
What do I do, I'm despirate
