Update 4:30PM Eastern Time - Momo has pulled the pre-order page. We might see it again in a few hours

As we approach the launch of the ASUS Eee Pad in Taiwan, Taiwanese online shopping site Momo has jumped the gun on ASUS and put up their pre-order page for the Eee Pad Transformer TF101 ahead of its launch tomorrow. Interestingly enough, the Facebook price counter on ASUS Club still shows a price $50USD higher than listed on Momo, so it has been effectively undermined.

The listed price is $14900TWD, which is approximately $500USD. The page also shows an estimated shipping date before April 7.

On a semi-related note, here's a Facebook video showing Angry Birds in action from ASUS Club (Youtube Mirror):

It's beautiful, looks solidly built, the price is decent, I've had nothing but great experiences with Asus products, I think I'll get one too.
