Asus Transformer has been rooted.

Even tho this great tablet has just been released, some kind hackers at MoDaCo have already rooted it . I thought it was a big mistake when it was announced that Honeycomb wouldn't be open sourced. So am glad that someone has rooted it.

Honeycomb will be open source. They have just chosen to delay the release for a number of reasons (two that I know of that google officials have specified)
