AURORA II vs. NEW AURORA ??

Maybe someone could shed some light here for me.
whats the scoop between these 2 models ??

AURORA II -> Ainol Novo 7 Aurora 2/Aurora
vs.
NEW AURORA -> Ainol novo 7 Aurora 7 inch Android 4.0 ICS tablet with LG IPS screen and Allwinner A10 1.2 GHz Processor.

wondering which one is best now??
price tag seems also at stakes here.

First of all that's not a "new" aurora - that's just the first aurora and apparently the other is aurora 2 - aurora 2 has a double core cpu - up to 1.5 ghz and double core gpu - 400mhz , while the first one has a single core cortex a10 and a single core gpu. Aurora 2's performance is more than 2 times better of that of the first aurora - however I'd rather suggest you take a look at elf 2 which has the same specs as the aurora 2 but it's screen is not IPS - it's a lot cheaper and IS don't think that the difference between the screens is so great. However if you really want something more expensive and performant you'd rather look at the rk3066 table ts - the one I saw had a1280x800 res and the rk3066 cpu comes with a quad core gpu and the cpu goes up to 1.6 ghz . However you may want to wait for a year because I think that we'll be seeing quad core cpus for the same price.

Hi eskro, Ainol Novo 7 Aurora II is dual core and New Aurora is single.
