Authentication Problem

    Zeepad 7.0, Samsung Tab 3
    Hi all, I'm new here, joined because I bought my husband a Zeepad for Christmas. At first, I had no problem connecting to the internet, managing to download a few apps. He has not used it in a week or so, and when he tried, he couldn't get a connection. Both of us have tried, but we keep getting a "Problem with authentication" message. What can I do to fix this?

    Welcome to the forum falgirl

    My first suggestion would be to powerr the router down for a minute. When it is fully powered back up restart the tablet. If that doesn't do it go the the connection in the Wireless settings, tap it, tell it to forget the connection. the search for it and reconnect.
