Automatic sign-in to google sites issue

Automatic sign in to google sites cannot be disabled NOR does it work.

I have a google account which syncs fine but I cannot open a new browser tab or link without the "Google automatic sign in" feature holding it up. To make matters worse is that it does not even sign in to a google site. My homepage is set to Google.com and when i open the browser the dialog shows up and attempts to work, delays the page load in the mean time and then it does not even log me in. i would like to completely disable this feature due to security
No way to disable it either in the settings under privacy or security.
I have tried adding the account again and removing it entirely is the only thing which disables it but then i lose all related access...please tell me someone else has seen this and has a solution...

I had the same issue... go to the browser settings and click 'privacy and security' then change the automatic google sign in setting.

I'm works fine but not a big fan of the delay while it's auto logging in... I like the benefits but not the delay... What to do??
