back cmera is not responding

Hi , I am new to the form. Maybe thisquestion have been asked already. I have ASUS TF300, but I cannot activate the backcamera .When I try , I see green screen and then the screen is hanging for awhile and then I get "camera is not responding " message" isthis SW or HW problem ? and how can I fix it? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum

For those who have had the green screen camera problem it seems your best bet is to get an exchange or RMA it to ASUS. Wish I had a better answer.
