back up existing ROM & FIRMWARE

hello to all.
i am using jxd s9100 tablet and i want to change the rom ( i don＇t know it is flashing?) but here is a problem. there is no official rom in jxd site for 9100 .
i want to know is there anyway to backup the rom is currently on my jxd tablet. in order to flashing it with that backup if that job went wrong.

I hereby ask if anyone has a way to just put the rom in memory and flash the device by for example V- & POWER.
But till then. i find the official rom for it and a Livesuite Pack way and flashing it by pc help.
the link below is official rom [. img file] (as it said not tested) and livesuite Pack and a chinese word document but full off illustrations. nothing hard.
