I have already had to reset my T301 to factory defaults. I need to know how to backup everything I can to my 32Gb SD card. Can anyone tell me how?

The ultimate easy way would be to root then install Titanium Backup. If that is not an option there really isn't a way to backup the entire system, even with Titanium. But there is a trial version of MyBackup that would work in a pinch.
The best solution would be to never move anything to your tablet, only copy. Also you could install FolderSync to sync important stuff to your computer or use DropBox to make certain the important items are in the cloud.
