Best alternative android tablet

Hi i'm planning to buy an android tablet but don't know which one. As there are many tablets in the market and don't want to spend too much for the well known tablets. Can someone please tell me an alternative android tablets which i can buy. Spec i'm looking for is 1. wifi 2. camera. 3. Hd Video 4. Web cam 5. At least 1Ghz cpu 6. 2 to 4 GB ram etc

I'm not sure that you can even buy a tab with that much ram... on the plus side, you could buy a SuperPAD II and it has a 10.1 screen, everything you were looking for, and the same ram as the ipad 2 (512). They go for around $200 on amazon. You could also buy the SuperPAD I for about $170 but the ram is cut in half. The superpad II has 2 full size usb ports and a microsd slot with a slot inside for the internal memory. Any more questions just ask here so that it benefits everyone. Hope that helps!
