I´m qorking in a NGO here in Costa Rica and would like to optimize our contact management. We often organize public meetings and forums where we let our visitors inscribe into a paper-list (name, mail, adress, signature). The problem is that we´ve have to copy those contacts anually into our data base (CSV based). waste of time, high error potential and technically solvable. So I proposed to use a tablet with a ePen to let our visitors directly inscribe into our data base.
Does anyone have experience with this kind of demand? Any tips regarding the system (tablet, apps, etc) requiered?
You qould really help me a lot as I fear to have gone out on a limb here
