blackberry torch 9800 on att running pdanet - want to connect my acer a500

I have a blackberry torch 9800 with ATT, I downloaded and installed PDAnet for the blackberry OS on the phone, I have that up and running.

My problem is how do I get my acer a500 android honeycomb 3.0 tablet to connect to the phone for internet access ?
