Breeze Memory Upgrade

Looking for a way to upgrade/reassign the ram in my AOC Breeze...running Droid 2.1 AOC says no ram slot...can i reassign some of the MicroSD card to be virtual ram?

There are redirection apps such as App2SD and similar. But, almost all tablets (99.9%) have wave soldered DRAM and not SIMM/DIMM.

i am not able to find any redirector apps...can you point me in the right direction?
