broken charger

i have a andriod tablet and when it was on charge it fell on the floor and bent the charger.ive straitened the charger nw but it still wnt work anyone have any ideas wat todo should i send it away or buy a new charger

Which part is broken/bent? Has the tablet still got battery power and will it work on battery power only?
