Budget tablet for reading PDFs?

As per title, I'm looking for tablet preferably in the region of £150/$250 max. I don't really care about the brand. My main requirement is that it has a capacitive 10" screen.

There are too potential tablets many to list, and for reading PDFs there are several different apps that can do that as well. just make sure any tablet you get runs Android 2.2 or better and you should be fine. Go to an electronics retailer and try some out for feel and function.
