Business Calender App, problems syncing.

I am using the Business Calender app and so far I like it a lot. The problem I am having is when it syncs to Outlook through my e-mail account. It seems to sync 3 hours behind the one in Business Calender. The calender on the Iconia A500 will say 10am but when it gets into Outlook it will be 7am. The computer and the Iconia both show the same time in the system settings. Is there a setting that I am missing here?
