@bunks10, glad your perseverance paid off. But you should never have had to go through that and 10% was a miserly discount. Shame on Walmart.

Mine treated me far better. I would have pushed for a gift card. You drove way out of your way.
GUess each store manager sets different policies now. Mine (it's in a upper class area) will not sale displays, or restock opened/used products. THe one that did up the road further, gave me a nice gift card for the issue with a blu-ray pc drive.
