Cache clean before flash? Can be problems caused by not doing?

Is it possible that my problems with wi-fi on GingerLF 1.5 EVO and with screen unlock on Evolution 3.1.1 (both with kyros mid1024) are caused by not clean caches (or whatever) before flashing?
If so, how can I clean everything and make a "good" flashing?

maybe u have a defective tablet, before you installed the cfw?do u have any problems with wifi? if yes, then your tablet is the problem and not the cfw.because when i bought my 1024 i also have a problem with wifi and i have to ask for replacement twice
