Calls from tablets

I am trying to decide on a tablet. ANY TABLET. I want a camera on it and I want to use VOIP or something to place calls from it....Is this possible? Please help, I am purchasing three of them in the morning and I don't wont to spend $600,700 on ipad or galaxy and it be IMPOSSIBLE to make calls from.

The Skype-App is available from Android market and allows calls via VOIP, but no video calls.
