I received a Cambridge Sciences Starpad 7 for Christmas last year and up until recently it worked perfect. Now I only get to the gingerbread ice cream icon thingy and it goes no further with turning on.
I've emailed Cambridge Sciences Help Desk who have sent me an update to put onto the tablet. However, I'm having issues connecting the tablet to the computer? It just isn't recognising that the tablet is plugged into the USB.
Anyone got any advice please?
I've already tried to factory reset too before getting the update sent to me.
