camera problem

hello guys,
i recently bought a500, and few days later started first problem,
rear camera, the one with 5mpix, just showing green screen, she is not working at all, when i switch to front cam, one with 2mpix, she is working just fine. Tablet had no fisical damage and i found some clips on youtube with same problems, but with no word saying what was the issue. Does anyone know, what could be the problem here??? Thanks in advance...

You may have to try a FACTORY RESET.

But more info is needed. Are you running stock or have you rooted your tablet? I noticed some guys who have rooted theirA500 are having some sporadic problems. Icebike makes some suggestions on another thread. You may want to look it up and try something.
