Tried it all

Can not reset with the privacy settings
Holding down buttons during boot did not work
Tried to reboot with new ROM on Micro SD, no

No matter what I do it just goes to the start page, will not rest of take a new ROM.

8gb Micro SD formatted in windows7 FAT 32 /not by quick format.
I can read a book of the card of look at pictures with my Micro SD in my tablet, can not update the ROM

Um... did you try punching the tiny hole in the bottom with the stylus? That is a true, hardcore, reset button.
