Cannot close popups

Been having problems with not being able to close popups (if thats what they are). Happens both on standard browser and Dolphin. They appear on streaming video sites, an Ad appears in front of the video and clicking on the x does nothing..... but OK If I do it on a PC.

Anyone else have this issue? is there a better browser?

I have that same issue every now and then but haven't found a browser that handles it the way it should, YET.
