Cannot connect to wifi using Verizon MIFI.

I just purchased 3 Pandigital Planet tablets for my kids for Christmas and was trying to connect my secure WPA/WPA 2PSK without any luck. It will authenticate but then goes to disabled and shows wif disconnected. Has anyone else experienced this? I tried a different wireless at home with the same issue.
