Cannot download, cannot obtain 3 G Card

Hi, I obtained a 7in Anderoid Tablet, and in reading the manual it says I must have a network adapter, also called a 3G wireless internet access card. The manual provided 3 Chinese companies to obtain card, if I wanted a wedding dress then theablet isy wmere good. I have searched literally everywhere. the tablet is a model 7206, standard is 2.3.3 The network adapter is brande as Wangxun I916 The tablet works Pretty good, it has animated wallpaper, date and time, and I'm getting my Email on it, but when it comes to downloading or mgt....nothing. I like the keyboard as you get immediate feedback, sight and sound. So can anybody help me? Excuse the mistakes, I am unacquaited with this site. First time.
