Probably the easiest way is to use a micro SD card if you have one, or you could get a free box.net or dropbox account.
I've heard Caliber works well but I haven't used it. Finally, you can use Samsung Kies, even over wifi but again I haven't used it so I don't know how well it would work.
Personally I like Box.net for transferring files between my devices.
