cannot install apps based on aor for android and flash

ok, this is my problem
i m developing apps that based on air for android, when i try to install it to my wm8650 device i got this massage " application not installed ", and when i try to install android market that succes installed but when i try to open it it just back to home screen, and most apps just give me a message " error bla bla bla " . so what is wrong with this device ? it's froyo outside but eclaire inside ? or maybe donut ? most froyo apps not working with this device.. eghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

adobe air is a pretty inflated peice of software and while I personally like the WM8650 tablets, they are pretty limited in their capabilities not top mention most of them have been tweaked at the factory to not allow a whole lot of changes. I would suggest trying to fl;ash one of the new roms onto it and see if that fixes you.
