Can't Download ..wrong device's country ??

What is up with this ?

I am in Canada and I can't D/L "words with friends" and "Good Sam Roadside assistance" it says I am in the wrong device's country !!!!!

If I log in to android market on the PC it still says the same thing

Is there a work around ?
