Looks like a standard 7" screen so there should be many options to choose from, ebay, Amazon, Best Buy, even AT&T and Verizon, etc.

Screen actually measures out as 3.43in x 6.06 in .

Hmm, that is strange. It seems a little narrower and longer than it should be. A quick measure of my Nook says 3.75 x 6.25. There are probably still many 7" tablets out there with the same size screen though since they are usually sourced through a common manufacturer and there are many 7" tablets. There are universal protectors you should also have no problem with an 8" or larger protector that you can cut down.
