Can't install apps on my rooted NC

I rooted my NC using ManualNooter. As I now try to install apps but cannot because there is no file manager. I cannot install a file manager because I need one to install any app.

i am able to download apps using Dropbox (using the browser) but cannot install them. There is a library app but when I click on the apk, it tells me that the format is not supported.

How can I get around this without using the Google Market? I am not logged in and do not want to since I plan on selling the NC. Thanks.

Good idea. I don't remember if I need to download the app and still need a file manager to install it or will it install automatically.

Didn't work. Forces me to login into Google. Not sure why.

You should be able to go into settings and 'allow non-market apps'
