Cant login to gmail account from within wyse Pocketcloud app

Hi all

I have just bought a generic android 2.2 mini netbook and installed the free rdc app from wyse.

It installs ok but when I try to connect through my gmail account which is needed for auto discovery it says I cannot login.

I am using the right credentials and there is a network connection on the netbook

does anyone know what might be the problem?
