Can't Reboot Chinese Tablet

few days ago i turned off my Xtouch tablet, & since then when i try to turn it on it froze on ANDROID .

i tried to switch it off, charge it & turn it on again but it wasn't much of an help

so i tried to reboot it by pressing the power button & volume down, but the menu was on Chinese & i can't understand anything if it wasn't on English .
So what to do ?????

Can some 1 help my chinse android tablet wont come out of recovery mode can any 1 help please
