Cant root chinese tab

Hi all, newbie here. Not new to rooting, just new to tablets. I bought a Mach speed technologies tablet Trio droid 7c 2.3 gingerbread and have tried multiple roots with no success. Tried easy root, z4, universal androot. nuthin. It has a rk29sdk processor build # rk29 gingerbread v1.28.
Any idea if this can be rooted and if so, how.
