cell standby and battery life

hi all
i'm new here but not a total newbie..
anyway..i have rooted my 7022 and installed a gd few games etc and followed the instructions i found on here to remove phone and telephony apk's but my tablet still shows a massive battery use by cell standby,is there anything else i need to do to get rid of it?

Hi Scottie, don't worry about it. Although it reports that the battery is being drained by cell standby, it is not (unless you have a tablet with a cell chip). If you were to remove the cell standby category the same "drain" would still would still be reported but it would all be moved under idle time. If you have no cell chip you have no cell standby battery drain.
