change boot sequence

I have a viewsonic tablet with Android and Windows.

The black boot screen shows Android and Windows. Is there a way to get Windows as the default OS?

It uses a GRUB loader. What might work is a Ubuntu boot CD, or EasyBCD. Both aren't straight forward, although using EasyBCD would probably be the easiest way to get it to run Windows and forget about Android altogether.
