Hello everyone my name is Donna,and i am new here. It is nice to meet you all. I have a problem with my,tablet and don't know if i should post here. I have a Zeki TBD753B i can see the charge light its green but my tablet is not powering on. Any suggestion. Thank you.

If its fully charged and still connected to the tablet when you're trying to turn it on, try disconnecting it, then turn it on.
