I had the same problem with mine out of the box. Only solution is to flash new software into it. You need to find new ones and try flashing with software named livesuite, some may work, some may not. It's mainly trial and error with these no name tablets.

Mine has goodix touchscreen controller so the one from first link didn't work (it booted up, but I couldn't enter anything), these two other files have goodix TS drivers. Install procedure is the same with all of them.
