Choosing a 1.2 ROM for my new G-Tab

I want to install a ROM on my new G-Tab. I rooted and am currently learning Titanium Backup, making sure I really have a backup and understand how to recover.

I have read the stickies... but I am uncertain on which ROM to choose. Please suggest some to me.. I am concerned with...

1) Stability
2) Ease of Installation
3) Upgradability?

Are all the 1.2 ROMs installing versions of Honeycomb?

Also, it would be a plus if the Google Market works, that's one main reason I am doing this. I read that some ROM install still have a broken market.
