choosing a tablet

first post-senior cit with limited experience-done extensive review on google-boiled down my choices to: DoubleVision M975,MidPad 9000,and Tursion 10.2 need bigger screen and cheaper (max $140) no games or popular downloads-mostly email,web surf and downloads.
comments? suggest consider another one?
